Head section 15-58 km of toll highway Moscow - St. Petersburg - one of the first Russian projects in the construction of road infrastructure, implemented through public-private partnerships with the use of the concession.

This is the second opened part of of highway M-11 "Moscow - St. Petersburg." The first 72km section - bypassing Vyshniy Volochek - was opened November 28, 2014 in the Tver region. The road will be operated free of charge till July 1, 2015.

The highway Moscow - St. Petersburg is one of the first roads with  European level of safety and quality in the Russian Federation. The design and construction used European and Russian innovative technologies. In particular, the hydroseeding technolofy is actively used to strengthen slopes and roadside landscaping areas.
